Cancellation rules
The first 500 SEK (Tue-Sun price) or 300 SEK (Tue-Fri price) or 200 SEK (weekend price) of your payment we take as a down payment that will not be refunded if you cancel your booking. For the remainder of your payment:
Until June 1, 100% refund
From June 2 to July 15, 50% refund
From July 16, no refund

Early-Bird discounts for early booking
The whole-week price was discounted by 500 SEK before April 1st and 200 SEK before May 1st.

Deposits
Until end of May, it was possible to pay a deposit first, and the remainder of the payment later.

Your down payment includes cancellation protection. All costs except the downpayment are reimbursed if you cancel your booking due to any of the following events:
* Rejected visa application or denied entry at the Swedish border.
* Death, illness or accident of a serious nature, which has affected yourself, spouse, cohabitant, your or their parents, children, siblings or fellow traveler.
* There is another serious event beyond your control, which you could not foresee when you booked and which means that it is not reasonable to request that you stick to your booking, such as extensive fire or flooding in your home.
When using cancellation protection, cancellation can be made until the day of arrival. Upon request, these reasons must be substantiated with a certificate from, for example, a doctor, authority or insurance company. Or if applicable with an authenticated copy of your rejected visa application, or your return tickets from Sweden. The certificate must be received by us before refund is possible and no later than 30 days after the cancellation date.

Force Majeure
In the unfortunate circumstance that the organisers would need to cancel the conference due to an external event affecting the venue, like fire, flooding, acts of war in Southwest Sweden, pandemic restrictions from the Swedish government or similar, then your complete payment will be refunded. Please note that the exchange rate from SEK to your currency may be higher or lower when the money is returned. Please note that this reimbursement only relates to what you pay here, not to travel expenses.

Booking confirmation
When you have made a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation. As a customer, you are responsible for checking that the content of the booking confirmation matches what you have booked. In the event of any errors, Psalto must be contacted as soon as possible.

When does booking become binding?
The booking is binding on you when you have received the booking confirmation and paid your down payment.

Age limit for booking and access
To book / enter into an agreement with Psalto, you must be at least 18 years old. Compliance with the age limit is a requirement for gaining access to a camping site or accommodation, and identification may be required at check-in.
Psalto does not accept credit purchases from people under the age of 18 and we reserve the right to refuse or change your purchase in individual cases (in the event of incorrect personal information or payment remarks, for example).

Customer information
When you book, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you fill in is correct and complete. Psalto will handle you personal information as described in its integrity policy. You accept that your personal information is processed and stored in the USA and in the EU.

Prices
When purchasing via this registration form the prices stated on the website apply. The total cost of your booking is stated in the last step of the booking and on the order confirmation that you receive sent to the e-mail address you entered when booking.

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT.

Payment
If this registration form permits, you can choose to pay the full amount directly or make an initial installment according to the invoice. The partial payment works as a down payment and is deducted from the final payment. Down payment must be paid immediately when ordering. If you have chosen to pay in installments, the remaining amount must be paid before your arrival and no later than the date stated on the registration form.

Late or non-payment
If, despite a reminder, you do not pay the full amount, it will be counted as a cancellation on your part.

We do not issue invoices.

Refund
In the event of a refund, this will be done without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which it is determined that you are entitled to a refund. Refunds are made to the payment card you used when you paid for the registration.

Care
If you, or someone in your party, violates Gullbrannagården's house rules, Gullbrannagården has the right to immediately reject you and your party from the campsite. You then lose your right to use purchased accommodation or regain what you paid.

Arrival and Departure
When camping:
Arrival from 15.00 and departure no later than 14.00.

When staying:
Arrival from 15.30 and departure no later than 13.00.
If cleaning is ordered, check-out is at 11 am.

Cleaning
The price for accommodation includes cleaning. Bed linen, towels and cot are not included unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation.

Non-smoking camping
Gullbrannagården wishes to have all accommodation and premises non-smoking. If, contrary to expectations, you smoke indoors, the guest will be charged for decontamination and cleaning of the accommodation / premises.

Camping Key Europe
Gullbrannagården is an SCR-affiliated campsite. This means i.a. that everyone who camps with a caravan, motorhome or tent on an SCR-connected campsite is registered as a guest at Swedish camping and this is most easily done with a camping card. The camping card is valid throughout Europe and is loaded with various benefits, discounts and insurance. The camping card costs SEK 199.
